If you received an email stating that your account is delinquent and being submitted for shut-off… SHUTOFFS WILL NOT BE DONE UNTIL THURSDAY, AUGUST 27!!! The email should have stated that late penalties have been applied to your account today (8/21/26) We apologize for the miscommunication!! To ensure that your services stay connected, please have payments in by Thursday morning! Either online, in the drop box or in the office during the hours of 7:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Wednesday next week. Again, my apologies!

Our new fiscal year began July 1st.
Rate letters detailing the updated amounts were recently sent out to all accounts. If you use your bank’s online Bill Pay service to make your payments please log into your banking portal and update your reoccurring payment to reflect your new rate updating this promptly. Ensure your account remains current and avoids any unintended late fees thank you for your cooperation and being a valued customer.

Notification of Revised Office Hours: Staff working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Public access hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
