I hope everyone had a good time putting together your little lambs. I enjoyed reading the story, "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Lamb". It was a little different, but it all worked out in the end, I think. If you would like to bring your lamb by the library I can get a picture of you with your friend to put on our page. Here are a couple of our friends with their new Reading Buddies. They are Theory Chilaka with her friend, Fluffy and Jesse Jones with his friend Bluey.

We have been having a fun and exciting time during the Summer Reading Program! I hope you all enjoyed putting together your Lamb Reading Buddy. If you want to send me a picture of your new friend I will be glad to share it here for everyone to see. We only have one more event to finish out our Summer Reading Program. Hope you will come and be a part of the Foam 'N Fun Day on Wednesday, July 28th at 10:30 AM. (You might want to bring some dry clothes along with you too)
Don't forget to turn in your Reading Log so we know how much fun you have been having during this Summer Reading Program.

5 - 4 - 3- 2 - 1 Countdown to Summer Reading. Next Wednesday you can come and sign-up to be a part of our Summer Reading Program here at Northampton Memorial Library in Jackson. Everyone who signs up will get a book bag with some special gifts and even get a free book to start you off on your Summer Reading. All of those who sign up and meet their summer reading goals will receive some special gifts at the end. Not only that, but someone from each of the different age groups has a chance to win one of the special prizes pictured below.
Children birth - 5 Bubble lawn Mower
Children ages 6 - 11 Scooter
Children ages 12 - 18 Blue tooth speaker
Adults Portable grill with cookware set
Soooo children of all ages have something to work toward.

Mark your calendars now! I know you are not going to want to miss out on this special Book Signing at the Northampton Memorial Library here in Jackson. Sonjah Hawkins, the hometown girl who made it big is coming to tell you all about her new book, "Sonjessence". There will be 2 seatings; one at 11:00 AM and the other at 1:00 PM with social distancing in place. We look forward to seeing you then.
