Today we officially submitted our proposed ordinance to prohibit Data Centers in Jackson Township.

We refuse to take the approach of the mayor and council president, which has been to do nothing and wait until it becomes a problem.

Other towns did nothing and are now dealing with data center projects that strain electrical infrastructure, increase noise, impact the environment, and change the character of their communities.

We care about protecting Jackson’s residents, the environment, electricity costs infrastructure, quality of life, wetlands, Pinelands, groundwater, and long-term future.

We will fight for Jackson.

Join the fight for Jackson team for a great cause!

The Fight for Jackson team is incredibly excited and proud to sponsor a blood drive on Sunday, June 28th at Fire District 4.

Donating blood is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to save lives. The need for blood is constant, and donors truly make the difference between life and loss.

As a thank you, each donor will receive an “I Saved a Life” t-shirt and a box of Girl Scout cookies.

A special thank you to Station 54 and Fire Commissioner Ray Tremer III for helping make this event possible and for supporting an effort that will directly impact lives in our community and beyond.

We hope you’ll join us, and be part of something that truly matters.

ORGANIZED OPPOSITION

NEWS FLASH: They aren’t trying to attack Chris Pollak and Elliott Shemtov, they are trying to attack JACKSON!!!

The man who came forward at the council meeting making accusations of antisemitism and demanding denouncements from me (Chris Pollak) and Elliott Shemtov over comments and posts made by strangers on Facebook is not just some random concerned citizen.

He is politically connected to Council President Mordechai Burnstein and Assemblyman Avi Schnall.

I also think it is important for people to remember that Burnstein and Schnall were involved in the lawsuit and political movement that fundamentally changed Jackson’s zoning laws and contributed to many of the issues our town faces today.

These attacks are coordinated, political, and designed to silence opposition and criticism.

You do not get to simultaneously play the victim while using political influence and pressure tactics against people who disagree with you.

The people of Jackson are tired of intimidation, tired of double standards, and tired of being bullied into silence.

We will continue speaking up and we will continue fighting for Jackson.
