Ohio Department of Transportation East Central Ohio District 5 With a mission to provide the easy movement of people and goods from place to place, ODOT District 5 encompasses a seven county region in East Central Ohio.

ODOT District 5 is a team of more than 300 employees who work together to maintain nearly 3,731 miles of U.S. and State highways across a seven-county area in east/central Ohio which includes Coshocton, Fairfield, Guernsey, Knox, Licking, Muskingum and Perry counties.
