Property Appraiser Joyce Morgan attended the DPEP Quarterly Training and received their Distinguished Service Award for the service and support she has given to the Disabled Parking Enforcement Program.

The Duval County Property Appraiser's office will be closed on November 10th, 2023 for Veterans day. We will reopen Monday November 13th.

Haven't checked your mail in a while? You don't want to miss your 2023 TRIM newletter and TRIM notice! The 2023 Notices of Proposed Property Taxes, also called the "Truth in Millage" (TRIM) Notices, were mailed to property owners on Friday, August 11th, 2023. The formal deadline to file a petition with the Value Adjustment Board (VAB), printed on the TRIM Notice, is Tuesday, September 5th, 2023.
