Good evening,
Next week due to the Christmas holiday, we are going to do a one time pick next week the week of Christmas, we are asking you to put out both trash and recycling out at one time. So whatever day your trash is , if the recycling is offered in your area, just put out both the trash and the recycling out, this one time due to the holiday of Christmas , we want our staff to be able to be home with their families and enjoy time with their families too. Thank you for your business.

Hi everyone I'm currently working on getting the post for the new route for those that were on Sundays. We do have a new driver I'm trying to get the areas of change and inform everyone. I do know so far those that was getting Sunday pick will change to Monday trash and Thursday recycling. But I'm working with the route manager to the exact areas.

Just leave your kart out and will be getting to it as soon as possible. Thank you and we do apologize for the inconvenience we are trying to get everything in order and better the service for the customers.

PSA...
Just was told that the Sunday routes for the Gumbranch area and Rhodestown rd has moved to Monday trash and Thursday recycling . EFFECTIVE Immediately this route is under a new management. If your kart is to the curbside please leave it, but starting up next week put it out Sunday night instead of Saturday night.. I will be getting emails of this change out today also. Thank you and so for the inconvenience.

Good morning everyone so far all of our guys are out trying to get caught up on the routes due to the holiday and before the storm hits. We was informed that the landfill will be closed Thursday and Friday. Which is going to cause a bit more chaos, please patient they are trying to get their routes done as quickly and safely as possible. As far as recycling goes depending on the storm the guys are trying to base it on the weather conditions, on that part please use your judgment, if it can be held until next week please do so, we are trying to keep an watch out for the storm, to ensure the safety of the workers, because they have families too and have prepare for the storm just like the rest of everyone else.

For those that are in the piney green rd area, the driver had a flat last night, he is back up and running.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Due so many customers signing up, the trucks are packing out faster than normal. We are working on trying to get more trucks to keep up the new customers.
