We recently had the opportunity to engage with Master Gardeners, highlighting the symbiotic relationship between two complementary organizations where bees require flowers for sustenance and flowers need bees for pollination.

It was meeting of great thoughts and communication with the big question, "How can we help each other"

Please message us if you would like us to speak at your event or functions.

The Onslow County Beekeeper Association offers members a chance to participate in a workday, where experienced beekeepers mentor newcomers through hands-on training and one-on-one instruction, fostering a comprehensive understanding of beekeeping. This is an ideal method for acquiring knowledge.

Please join us in learning how to be a successful beekeeper

Yesterday, we were delighted to visit Summersill Elementary School once more, sharing our knowledge of honeybees and beekeeping with 1st graders. The young students' eagerness to learn and ask questions was delightful. We are grateful for our volunteers who give their time to mentor the next generation of apiculturists. It takes a great team to make these events possible.

Please reach out to us if you would like us to speak at your event.

We recently had the pleasure of interacting with Girl Scout Troop 1911 of Jacksonville. Educating young people about bees at an early age helps them understand the importance of these insects and the role they play in our ecosystem. Our goal is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to encourage beekeeping among the next generation. Bees are essential to our society.

Please don't hesitate to message us about speaking at your event. We love sharing our knowledge and helping with our future.

Today we celebrate the tiny pollinators that make so much of life possible 🐝

Bees are the heartbeat of the garden, and the reason so many flowers, fruits, and wild things thrive.

Plant a little something for them today. 🐝

Today, our Community Outreach program team visited Swansboro Public Library, delivering an informative session to homeschool students about the importance of bees and their flower pollination responsibilities. One of the greatest feelings is watching children's eyes light up as they see our observation hive with a queen & her working colony.

Please reach out to us if you would like us to speak at your event.
