Tyler for Senate

Tyler for Senate I decided to run for State Senate because of state and federal overreach. I vow to nullify as many unconstitutional federal acts and protect individuals.

I am well positioned to have the signatures needed to make it on the ballot as an independent in the general election but I would greatly appreciate your vote of confidence by writing my name in when you vote in the primaries, regardless of what ballot you grab.

If you’re a Vermonter who was impacted, whether directly or indirectly, by COVID-19 and have utility bills that are 30+ days over due you may be eligible for help.

You will see inflation from all the “money printing” and the economic stress that the government lockdowns caused puts the government on the hook. The “lawmakers” are liable for the damages they caused. Sign up for the damages if you’re eligible, it will make it more clear how much the lockdowns harmed our lives and caused a greater centralization of power and money.

Applications are now being accepted The 2021 Vermont COVID-19 Arrearage Assistance Program (VCAAP II) provides financial support to customers who may face disconnection of service because of past-due balances for their electric, landline telephone, Vermont Gas (natural gas), water or sewer/wastewate...

On June 10, 1932, for example, the former Chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Banking and Currency, Rep. Louis T. McFadden of Pennsylvania, gave an extended speech on the Federal Reserve System, calling it “one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known,” that “has impoverished and ruined the people of the United States; has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government.”

Prepare for inflation.

The markets seem to think the Fed is going to fight inflation. They believe that the central bank will pivot to tighter monetary policy sooner than expected as inflation heats up, even though Jerome Powell keeps insisting inflation isn’t really a problem. In a recent podcast, Peter Schiff said tha...

With a quarter of the total US currency being created in this year alone hyperinflation could be a very real problem.

Vermont ought to open a bullion depository, encourage the use of precious metals in market transactions and deposit at least 40% of the states rainy day funds into precious metals in order to counter any possible devaluation of the US dollar.

I want to thank everyone who supported my candidacy for state senate. I’m not giving up and will have another go in two years.

I want to thank the Leland and Grey Union Middle and High School for inviting me to remotely visit to talk about my positions and the issues Vermont faces.

If elected to State Senate I will focus on the decentralization of state and federal power. Many of these efforts involve joining certain committees. The committees that I feel would best suit my goals are the Senate Committee on agriculture; finance; education; government operations; natural resources and energy and economic development, housing and general affairs. The committee I join will dictate what legislation I will focus upon first
I know that I will not join every committee I listed, however I separated my actions depending on the committees that I do join as it will be easier to pass said legislation within a said committee.

The Senate Committee on Agriculture: if I join the committee on agriculture I would aim to expand the sale of raw milk from direct and farmer market sales to co-ops and general stores. I would also aim to expand S.214 legalizing the cultivation, possession and sale of cannabis to include all natural medicines such as kratom and psilocybin.

Expanding the legalization of such plants will help to remedy the op**te crisis and allow individuals to use natural alternatives for pain and mental heath disorders. It will also attract doctors and scientists who are on the cutting edge of researching these plants.

The Senate Committee on Finance: If I join the committee on finance I will propose the Constitutional Tender Act to combat the inflationary pressure brought about by the Federal Reserve.
I will also create a state gold and silver bullion depository and remove the capital gains tax on precious metals. Furthermore I will require Vermont’s State treasurer invest at least 40% of Vermont’s rainy day fund in gold bullion to hedge against the inflation of federal reserve notes.

The Senate Committee On Education:
I will aim to repeal acts 46, 60 and 233 outright. The state should allow the localities to levy and appropriate funds how the localities want. Repealing act 233 will help bring upon more diverse methods of learning and reduce the conflict of reprimanding a parent for their child not attending a government approved area of learning. Returning the bulk investment of educational funding to localities will allow the state to reduce the state income tax.

The Senate Committee On Government Operations: if I join the committee on Government Operations I will make unions an option instead of a mandate within all public sectors. I will also eliminate donation limits but require near immediate disclosure of said donations and from whom.

The Senate Committee On Natural Resources and Energy: I will repeal act 250. Local communities seem to do a better job a curbing environmental pollution than the ten committees that act 250 created in the 1970s. It seems that politically connected individuals profited of of the act while environmental issues progressed under act 250.

The Senate Committee On Economic Development, Housing and General Affairs: I will repeal H. 1 which decreases the competition between businesses which hurts service quality and cost. I will also amend s. 36 allowing teachers and other public employees to serve the public sector without joining and being represented by a union.
