HVAC/Plumbing Contractors Prequalification
MCS Community Services, as supported by the Morgan, Cass, and Scott County Boards whose main office is located at 345 W. State Street, Jacksonville IL, is soliciting qualified HVAC/ Plumbing Contractors for the 2025 Weatherization Program. Prequalification questionnaires are now available at the above address or phone 217/243-9404, that are used in the Illinois Dept. of Commerce and Economic Opportunities’ 2025 Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program during the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
There will be an informational meeting held on July 8, 2024 at 1:30 pm, in the MCS Community Services conference room. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program and to disseminate questionnaires if necessary. Please remember to call 217-243-9404 and let us know if you will be attending the meeting or if there are any questions pertaining to the bid process.
