This Saturday, February 14, the classic snowmobile run. Jacobson fire and rescue will be at the corner with the hotdog stand serving chili Nathan hotdog and chili dogs. Don’t forget about the free pancake breakfast at the community church. See the flyer below for all the events.

Classic Snowmobile run is coming up. The Fire Department will be on the corner serving Hot Dogs, Chili and Chili Dogs from 12-4pm. Be sure to preorder your sweatshirts.

The Jacobsson Fire Department would like to Thank the Community and surrounding Communities for your support for our chili feed, silent auction and dollar raffle. The Fire and Rescue is here to serve our community, we have been busy this year with 11 Responses to Fire calls and 30 Responses to EMR (medical) calls. Thank you to all the members who helped make this event possible.

Mark your calendars for the chili feed fundraiser on Friday November 14 at the Firehall. Come see all the exciting new changes we have made to the Firehall and have a bowl of chili with all the toppings, along with cornbread and dessert. We have many great silent auction items this year along with our popular dollar raffle tickets and meat raffle. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Firehall we hope to see you all in November. EMR (First Responders) classes to start Tuesday September 16th at 6pm Hill City Fire Department this is a 40 hour course. If you would like to attend please contact Dale Thompson at 218-244-2238. The rest of schedule will be given on Tuesday.

Winner of the first annual duck race for the Jacobson fire department was Tyler Hesse. He won over $1000 plus the fire department got over 1000 and we thank everybody for all their donations and help
