The Clerk’s Office will be closed on Saturday 5/23 and Monday 5/25 in observance of Memorial Day. May we never forget the sacrifices made for our freedoms. 🇺🇸

You can renew in person at the Swafford and Sons IGA kiosk in Clarkrange. You must be within 90 days of expiration and use a debit or credit card along with your renewal postcard or vehicle registration.

Parking is available at York Elementary, the Fentress County Library, the Fentress County Senior Center, Mundy Funeral Home, the Old Save-A-Lot Building, and the Buckeye Home Medical Equipment office.

Road Closure Notice for the All Things Festival.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE – ALL THINGS TN FESTIVAL 🇺🇸🎉

Fentress County residents and visitors, please be advised of upcoming road closures for the All Things Tennessee Festival this Saturday, May 2nd, 2026.

📍 Location: Around the Fentress County Courthouse (downtown Jamestown)
⏰ Start Time: Early morning on Saturday, May 2nd

Roads surrounding the courthouse and central downtown area will be closed to traffic to allow for festival setup and activities throughout the day.

🚗 What to Expect:

Limited access in the downtown area
Detours and traffic rerouting
Increased pedestrian traffic

⚠️ Important:
With all the events taking place, we want the community to be aware of these closures and plan ahead to navigate around the area if you need to get somewhere.

🚑 Public Safety Reminder:
Emergency services will remain in operation, but please allow extra travel time and use alternate routes when possible.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we support this great community event! Come out and enjoy the festival, support local vendors, and celebrate all things Tennessee! 🎶🍔🛍️

Fentress County Clerk Closure update. The office will be closed Saturday May 2nd for the All Things Festival. Our downtown area and courthouse area will have lots of vendors and events set up. We hope to see you there! Have a great week.
