Now Hiring: 911 Dispatcher
We are seeking dedicated, reliable individuals to join our team as 911 Dispatchers. This is a critical position that serves as the first point of contact in emergency situations. The decisions you make and the information you provide can directly impact lives.
This role requires someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and can think quickly in high-stress situations. Dispatchers must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and committed to honesty and professionalism at all times. You will be responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing responses, and coordinating with first responders to ensure timely and accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls.
•Assess situations quickly and dispatch appropriate services.
•Provide clear instructions to callers when necessary.
•Maintain accurate records and documentation.
•Communicate effectively with law enforcement, fire, and medical personnel.
Qualifications:
•High School diploma or equivalent
•Valid Drivers license
•Able to pass a drug screen and back ground check
•No active warrants, open court cases, felony charges
•Strong communication and listening skills
•Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
•High level of organization and multitasking ability
•Integrity and sound judgment
•Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
