Knowledge and experience working with some or all of the following : Apex plumbing lines, running electrical wiring, drywall, carpentry and laying flooring.

Job Description
The role of the Administrative Assistant is very diverse. The position will require the person to work across multiple companies including TBH Holdings, LLC, The Bridges to Hope, ShineDR boat detailing and and be very organized and detail oriented. The position will be critical in keeping up with all aspects of the companies and communicating to managers and the owner on all issues.

Job Duties
Operations
- Assist the Operations Manager
- Greet and provide orientation for all new residents
- Prepare and organize all documentation for each resident
- Track rental payments for each resident

- Maintain accurate records for all residents and customers
- Work with our community partners to outline the needs of our residents.
- Prepare grant and funding request proposals
- Organize and execute transportation schedules for residents
- Organize and execute community service activities
- Oversee the physical facility and generate maintenance requests
- Address program guidelines infractions in accordance with the social model of recovery
- Oversee all move ins and move outs from the residency
- Track schedules and assign crews for each job at Lake Cumberland
- Track hours for each employee
- Follow up with customers to check on quality of work and arrange payments

Preferred Candidate
• Must be a detail oriented person
• Organized with clear written and oral communication
• Must have experience with Word and excel
• Ability to use Quickbooks and other software is a plus
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with residents
• Must have reliable transportation as there will be in state travel
