Do you ever wish you could talk to another parent who knows what you're going through? WIC peer counselors are parents with personal breastfeeding experience and have training in lactation and breastfeeding support. They have been there and can provide help and advice.
Over text, phone, or in person, WIC can connect you with free one-to-one support from trained lactation experts and breastfeeding peer counselors.

They’re an easy, versatile whole-grain option—and they can make breakfast a whole lot easier!

🥚 Try them as breakfast sandwiches:
English muffin + egg + cheese + your favorite protein or veggies!

💡 Meal prep tip: Make several at once, wrap them individually, and refrigerate or freeze them for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
