You’ve probably seen our Forward Janesville Ambassadors at ribbon cuttings, Business After Five events and throughout the business community.

But their role goes well beyond showing up.

Earlier this year, we refreshed our Ambassador Program to create a more intentional, connected experience for our members. Today, our Ambassadors serve in two distinct roles:

🤝 Business Liaison Ambassadors help us stay connected with members, gather feedback and better understand their goals, challenges and opportunities.

🎟️ Event Ambassadors help make our events welcoming and valuable by facilitating connections, engaging attendees and helping members get more from every experience.

Different roles. One great team. And one shared goal: making sure our members feel connected, heard and supported.

Forward Janesville was proud to hit the course at last week’s Stateline Manufacturing Alliance - SMA Golf Outing!

We spent the day connecting with manufacturers and partners from across the region and talking about one of the biggest priorities we hear from local employers: workforce development.

And a big thank you to drafthouse and Janesville Jets for partnering with us on a fun prize package for the golfers!

Engaging the next generation and building stronger pathways into local careers takes all of us. From Craftsman With Character and Janesville Business Academy to Youth Apprenticeship and community partnerships, there are plenty of ways for employers to get involved.
