A Cozy Culinary Mashup at the North Pole!
​When Mrs. Claus asked for a comforting meal that reflected her Irish heritage, Santa knew exactly what to do—but we couldn't resist adding a little Southern flair to the mix!

​Here is what went down in the kitchen tonight:

​The Main Course: Santa poured his heart into a rich, slow-simmered Guinness Stout Irish Stew, featuring incredibly tender lamb sourced straight from our friends at in Ellijay!

The Southern Twist: To soak up all that savory goodness, Santa whipped up a fresh batch of giant, flaky cathead biscuits served warm with a drizzle of hot honey. The sweet heat and savory stew combo? Absolute perfection.

​Dessert: We kept the biscuit love going for dessert! Mrs. C was treated to a split biscuit topped with our homemade blueberry syrup. Safe to say, her sweet tooth was very happy.

Santa's busy weekend Stop 3: The Groovy Zoo. Stopped by this funky place in Mineral Bluff. It is located on seven acres and filled with the coolest yard scupltures and signs for sale. Santa's busy weekend Stop 2: Brasstown Bald. Took the one mile hike to the top and was greeted by clear views for hundreds of miles! Not too cold with a gentle breeze. If you haven't been to the top of the tallest mountain in Georgia you should put it on your bucket list! On the way we stopped for a quick photo at the Rock Shop.
