Rescission of Precautionary Boil Water Notice
Date: July 17, 2026
To: Residents of the City of Jasper living in the area bounded by:
Chan Bridge Drive, Maplewood Road, Park Lane, Pine Wood Road, Field Crest Road, 16th Avenue NW, NW 36th Drive, NW 35th Drive
The Precautionary Boil Water Notice posted on July 15, 2026 is hereby rescinded following the water main repair and the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is now safe to drink.

Precautionary Boil Water Notice
Date: July 15, 2026
To: Residents of the City of Jasper living in the area bounded by:
Chan Bridge Drive, Maplewood Road, Park Lane, Pine Wood Road, Field Crest Road, 16th Avenue NW, NW 36th Drive, NW 35th Drive
A loss of water pressure has been experienced due to:
6” water main break
Therefore, as a precaution, upon return of water service, we advise that all water used for drinking or cooking be boiled. A rolling boil of 1 minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

MESSAGE FROM OUR UTILITIES DEPARMENT: A 6-inch water main break has caused a loss of water pressure on Chan Bridge Drive. Crews are working to repair the break as quickly as possible. Estimated to resume normal in 30 minutes. Thank you for your patience.
