The support from our community last week was heartwarming. We are incredibly grateful to serve and protect a town that takes such good care of us.

Thank you Holiday Foods, for fueling our team and supporting public safety!

The Jasper Police Department would like to congratulate Officer Jason Knies for being selected for the Outstanding Law Enforcement Award by the Optimist Club of Jasper!

For 20 years—including 11 as a dedicated School Resource Officer—Officer Knies has gone above and beyond for our youth. From teaching D.A.R.E. and ALICE to driving a school bus and serving on the JPD Peer Support Team, he is a vital bridge between law enforcement and our schools. He is always there for our students, parents, and staff, day or night.

We would also like to thank the Optimist Club of Jasper and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #138 for their unwavering support of public safety in our community!
