Starting October 1st the Town of Jay will have a new Animal Control Officer. Her name is Christa Powers and she is also the ACO in Wilton. Christa is new to this position and is excited to be serving our communities as the ACO.

All calls for animal control should go through Franklin County Dispatch's non-emergency number: 778-6140. The dispatcher will reach out to Christa with your information and this system will allow us to better track animal control calls.

Please welcome Christa to her new role in Jay.

AND, if you see Larry Wright, please thank him for his 35 years of service as ACO to our Town!

ATTENTION: Fake currency is starting to show up at businesses in town. Please pay attention to the bills you are receiving. These bills look legitimate, but they are clearly replica money made for motion pictures.
