Missouri Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Our mission is to advocate, educate, and empower residents.

The Missouri Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is a statewide network of individuals who help residents in long-term care facilities maintain and improve their quality of life by helping ensure their rights are preserved and respected. If you have a concern regarding a resident of long-term care, or are a resident yourself, and would like the assistance of an Ombudsman please call 800-309-3282.
