Last week, we held Missouri One Start’s annual conference, and it was all about partnership and what’s next.
We met with our LEAs from across Missouri to discuss what’s new, what’s still to be done, and the new initiatives we’re developing to support employers.
A key focus this year was AI and how Missouri companies can integrate it into their workforces in ways that are practical, responsible, and people-centered.
Together, we’re looking at the skills businesses will need, how training can keep pace, and how we can help teams adapt and grow.
Thank you to our partners who show up, share ideas, and strengthen the relationships that make this work possible.

This year, in place of our typical holiday luncheon, our team decided to adopt a couple of local families and provide them with Christmas gifts. It gave us a chance to step away from our daily duties and come together as a team to support our neighbors in need. And it reminded us of the true reason for the season.
