Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Big Fans of JCMO concert! 🎶❤️ The Dave Baker Band and Clay Benne put on one heck of a show.

We're thrilled to see the community embracing this new event, and we're already looking at ways to make future shows even better. As we continue to balance guest comfort, accessibility, and safety, you'll notice a few updates at upcoming concerts:

👶 Strollers and diaper bags will be permitted to help make Big Fans a more family-friendly experience.

🚻 All portable restrooms will be open and available for guest use.

🐾 Pets will not be permitted inside the venue. Service animals are welcome and must remain leashed at all times.

We appreciate your patience and feedback as we fine-tune this event series. Our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone—from our youngest fans to our biggest fans.

A heads up for visitors to Binder Park — Jefferson City Fire Department Water Rescue Team will be training on the lake June 10–11 from approximately 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

Training will take place near the dam using inflatable rescue boats and a buoy-marked obstacle course. The boats will create temporary wake in that area during training hours, so visitors may want to avoid that section of the lake while exercises are underway.

⚠️North Jefferson Recreation Area water main break alert ⚠️

Missouri American Water has identified a water main break in North Jefferson Recreation Area. This main break affects the North Jeff multipurpose building, dog park and other properties in that area.

Affected park amenities will remain closed and water service will be shut off until repaired tomorrow.

Day camp being held at North Jeff will be relocated on Tuesday. Staff will reach out to camper families with details.

🌟 Mini-Escape Triathlon
📅 Saturday, June 13
👧👦 Ages 5–8 and 9–12
Young athletes can swim, bike, and run their way to the finish line in a fun, supportive environment designed just for kids.

💪 JCMO Triathlon & Duathlon
📅 Sunday, June 14
Adults can choose the classic triathlon or duathlon challenge and experience one of Jefferson City's favorite endurance events.
