Big changes are coming to the way Recovery Support Services funding is allocated in Missouri.

The Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Behavioral Health, is revising the RSS allocation system for contracted RSS providers. The new system is intended to reduce voucher-related issues and help providers better plan their staffing, budgeting, and services.

Join DBH representatives at the 2026 MCRSP Annual Conference to learn more about the revised system, what it will mean for DMH contracted providers, and what to expect during the transition. This session will also include time for questions from attendees.
