Labor Day is a good time to recognize people who show up and do the work—even when no one is watching.

Our CASA volunteers do just that. They make calls, gather information, attend meetings, listen to children and advocate for their best interests.

It's important work. And we're grateful for the people willing to do it.

Yesterday afternoon, some of our incredible CASA volunteers took a little time to slow down, breathe, reflect, and recharge. 🧘‍♀️💙

A heartfelt thank you to Crystal with Wagon Wheel Yoga for generously donating her time and talent to lead a trauma-informed yoga session at the CASA office.

Our volunteers give so much of themselves to advocate for children in our community, and we’re grateful for opportunities like this to care for those who care for others. 💙
