🌟 Victim Advocate Spotlight 🌟

We are honored to recognize CPT Swan, the State M-Day SARC and full-time Victim Advocate at Jefferson Barracks!

For the past three years, CPT Swan has been a driving force in our program—organizing annual training for continuing education, supporting monthly Case Management Groups, and most importantly, providing dedicated support and resources to our service members.

If we had to name her superpower, it would be her unmatched ability to navigate the LOD process and ensure our Soldiers get the resources they deserve. 💪

We asked CPT Swan what keeps her motivated after so many years—here’s what she had to say ⬇️

Your relationship status isn’t consent.

Whether it’s the first time or the hundredth, a casual or committed relationship, nobody is ever obligated to give consent, even if you’ve done so before. You are the only one with ownership of your body.

🌟 VICTIM ADVOCATE SPOTLIGHT 🌟

We are proud to highlight SGM Katzfey, a dedicated team member of the MONG SAPR Program for over 10 years. As one of the longest-serving collaterals in the program, SGM Katzfey has spent more than a decade providing unwavering support to service members, empowering leadership through education, and helping foster stronger, safer unit cultures.

Since joining the military in 2000, SGM Katzfey has witnessed significant progress in the way our military addresses sexual assault and supports survivors—crediting the SAPR program as a vital driver of that change.

💬 We asked SGM Katzfey: "What’s the most important thing a service member can do when someone discloses a trauma?"

Here’s what she had to say.👇
