Communication is key!

It’s time for another ! 🎓 If you are a student veteran using your GI Bill this semester, pay close attention to this common pitfall.

MYTH: My school automatically knows I’m using my GI Bill and will handle my tuition bill.
FACT: Schools do not automatically process your benefits!

To get your tuition paid and receive your housing allowance on time, you must submit your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to your campus School Certifying Official (SCO) every single semester. Don't assume the system does it for you. Get in touch with your campus SCO today to ensure your paperwork is in order and avoid any stressful payment delays.

Summer is close, which means summer courses are around the corner. Don’t let deadlines sneak up on you! It's time to get your Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA) requests in. Plan ahead and submit your requests up to 60 days before your class starts. Don’t forget that everything must be submitted and approved at least 7 days before your class start date! Make sure to plan ahead and make this summer a successful one!
