Captain Layton and the Honor Guard team represented in Washington D.C. They had the opportunity to visit several historic sites, meet correctional and law enforcement officers from around the world, and honor the fallen officers and their families.

Those in attendance were Captain Layton, Officer Moore, Captain Hollinger, Officer Buehlman, and Officer Heifner. Looking sharp Honor Guard! Thank you for representing the Missouri Department of Corrections!

What a fantastic week celebrating the incredible staff who make a difference every single day!
Throughout the week, employees enjoyed themed days and plenty of opportunities to connect with one another. One of the highlights was our Twinning Day, where staff showed off their creativity and team spirit.
We held an outstanding barbecue prepared by our Maintenance Department. A special thank you to the team for serving up delicious pork steaks and hot dogs and helping make the event a success. Your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Most importantly, this week was about recognizing our staff and letting them know just how much they are appreciated. The commitment, professionalism, and care you demonstrate every day are what make JCCC a great place to work and serve.
Thank you to all of our employees for everything you do. We appreciate you today and every day!
