Glenn Hackbarth was sworn in as Jefferson’s newest patrol officer last week by Mayor Craig Berry. Officer Hackbarth has 5 years of experience with the Fairfield Police Department.

The Jefferson Police Department was contacted by Tristan Pugi, who is a student from Estonia, attending the TTK University of Applied Sciences, and is working his way through college. Tristan wanted to let the citizens of Jefferson know that he will be in the town doing door-to-door sales, helping families with education. When Tristan is going door to door, he asks that if you are simply not interested in his products, just let him know, and he will bid you a good day and move on.

Chevrolet Blazer, plate BCZ829 and it will display 'Southwestern Advantage' logos.

🚨Bell Tower Parade Information🚨

The parade will start Saturday at 11:00 am at the Greene County Middle School and continue north on Chestnut to Lincoln Way. It will then turn east and end one block past the museum at Olive Street.

Parking is prohibited along the parade route and other designated areas as posted.
