Our next Riverside Creek Volunteer Work Day is this coming Saturday, June 13th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.!

At our annual meeting in May, Rock River Coalition welcomed a new chapter... Whitewater Creek Coalition!

We are delighted to work together with them to continue protecting and restoring the resources of the Rock River Basin.

Our communications specialist, Garrett Hopkins, interviewed founding members of WCC, Jeff Weigel and Aubrey Thompson, featured here while RRC's board president, Chris VanGundy, signs their charter. The resulting piece is posted on our website, take a look if you'd like to hear about WCC's beginnings and how they grew into one of Whitewater's most impactful organizations.

Beloit Neighborhood Tree Project UPDATE:

The community meeting that was initially scheduled for tonight, Tuesday, May 26th is cancelled!

There will be more community meetings held in the future, but for now work is still being done on the projects brought up in previous meetings. If you're interested in being added to the email list for this project you can email Rhiannon Erhardt at [email protected]

These will take place on the 2nd Saturday of each month beginning NEXT WEEK! On Thursday, May 28th and ending in October.
