🚨 Service Update 🚨
We currently have a main break that is affecting our service area near East Baldwin Road. Roads included are Poppy Ln, Dollarway Rd, Hillcrest & Scoggins. Our crew is on site and actively working to make repairs as quickly and safely as possible.
We understand how inconvenient this is and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore normal service. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our office is closed for the remainder of the day, due to power outage & will be closed tomorrow Friday, July 3rd in observance of July 4th. If you have a water emergency please contact our emergency line. Billing questions will not be able to be assisted on our emergency line. Thank you all, have a blessed & safe weekend!

🚨 IMPORTANT WATER NOTICE 🚨

We currently have a main line break in our service area. This area includes Dollarway Road, near Gamble Road. This will have an impact on our customers starting around 11509 Dollarway Road and South. Including Scoggins Road, Hillcrest, East & West Baldwin. Our crews are on-site and working as quickly and safely as possible to make repairs.

💧 You may experience low water pressure or service interruption during this time.

❄️ Cold Weather Reminder – Protect Your Pipes ❄️

With freezing temperatures expected, please be prepared for possible water interruptions caused by frozen pipes. Cold weather can cause pipes to freeze and burst, leading to loss of water service and costly repairs.

How to help prevent frozen pipes:

Insulate exposed pipes, especially in crawl spaces, basements, garages, and exterior walls

Allow faucets to drip slowly during extreme cold to keep water moving

Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate

Disconnect and drain outdoor hoses

Seal any cracks or openings where cold air can reach pipes

If you experience a loss of water during freezing temperatures, it may be due to frozen pipes on your property. Please take precautions now to avoid issues.

We want to make our customers aware that phone calls, text messages, and emails from Jefferson PWA regarding past due accounts are legitimate and not a scam.

Jefferson PWA has recently implemented a new reminder system to help notify customers of past due balances and upcoming service disconnections. These messages are being sent as a courtesy to give customers time to take action and avoid interruption of service.

🔹 If you have questions or are unsure about a message you received, please contact our office directly.
