This week, the ADRC of Jefferson County, WI has two recurring support groups as well as some special events in October that you can sign up for.

Coming up on October 8, the annual "A Day with Lewy" conference in Green Lake is a great opportunity for healthcare workers -- it's the only conference focused on Lewy body disease in Wisconsin.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers returns starting on October 15. This free 6-week series helps caregivers learn to care for themselves while caring for others, for the betterment of all. Please note: You must be able to attend all 6 classes.

Bring your household and small-business hazardous waste to our Fall Clean Sweep event on September 18-19 at the Watertown Street Department!

Friday, September 18: 3:00 to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 19: 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Registration required: 920-674-7430

Households and Farms: $10 per car/trunkload; $50 per truckload; $100 for truck and trailer. Additional fees apply for tires, light bulbs, and cylinders. Please register by 9/16.

Small Businesses: Charged based on weight. Please register by 9/10.

New for 2026: 1-lb. propane cylinders will be accepted for $5 each throughout the event. ABC and Co2 fire extinguishers will be accepted on Saturday only for $8 each.
