This week, we are proud to recognize Jey Sharpton for consistently going above and beyond in our Memory Care community. Jey's dedication to our residents and team does not go unnoticed.

From carefully keeping track of medications and assisting with resident care to creating a newsletter and revamping the bulletin board, Jey is always looking for ways to improve the lives of those around him. He works hard to keep our residents engaged, informed, and connected while providing compassionate support each day.

Jey's initiative, attention to detail, and genuine care for our residents make him an invaluable member of the Highlands family. Thank you, Jey, for your hard work, positive attitude, and commitment to making a difference. We are grateful to have you on our team!
