🚰 **Important Update from Watson Water** 🚰

The EPA now requires water companies to create an inventory of water lines. Over the past two years, Watson Water has identified 5,613 of our 7,772 customers with materials other than lead or galvanized, using maps, surveys, and property age data.

We are now conducting field checks to confirm compliance and predict any issues. Based on our history, we expect to find few non-compliant lines.

**How do you know if your home is affected?**
Letters have been sent to households with unknown line status. If you received one, rest assured we're working diligently to complete this process.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS PLEASE SEE BELOW POST FOR ROAD CLOSURE NEAR OFFICE

It’s time! After years of planning and community information sessions, construction will start next week on the $29-million Charlestown Pike Road widening and improvement project.

The project will widen and improve Charlestown Pike from Holmans Lane to Salem-Noble Road, as well as Utica-Sellersburg Road from Charlestown Pike to State Road 62.

🚫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟐, 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 to thru traffic from Charlestown Pike to Water Tower Road. Crews will begin laying new water line and storm pipe. Once the new water line and storm pipe are installed, work on the roadway portion of the project will begin.

🚧 Signs will be in place for the closure and there will be detour signs directing traffic around the closed road. Traffic is encouraged to use Charlestown Pike to Holmans Lane and to 10th Street for the detour route.

⚠️ This is a long-term closure. We will provide updates as they become available for the length of the closure. The relocation of the water line is expected to finish mid-late October.

We appreciate your patience as we work to make these necessary improvements!

Annual Meeting Update

For the safety of our customers, employees and our community, we have changed our Annual Meeting date to May 18, 2020.

The location and time will our billing office, 4106 Utica Sellersburg Road, Jeffersonville, IN at 6:00pm.

Our office lobby will continue to stay closed to the public through the month of April, but rest assured we are here if you need us.

We have put precautions in place to assure the safety of our employees while still taking care of our customers.
