We had a lot fun 'chillin' at our recent ' Wine Tasting' event and fundraiser at Evansburg Vineyards. It was great camaraderie and laid back conversation for Rotarians and friends.

Our club volunteered to work at The Patrician Society this week, a Norristown based organization that provides emergency food distributions, among other services ,for the community. We helped prepare packages for handing out later in the day, and performed stocking tasks to aid the Society's staff.

There will be a Rotary Used Bike and Sewing Machine Collection September 26th in front of the West Norriton Township Building from 9AM to 12PM bring your bikes and sewing machines (we still pick up year round 484-994-2349) These become family transportation. Keep them out of the landfill, put them to use.

Meet Shane Kunkel, our newest member. Shane was inducted at our annual changeover picnic this week where he took his oath. He has a history of serving the community, starting back when he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He has volunteered and served various philanthropic projects during the past 3-4 years. He is a commercial banker with over a decade in the field and we are proud to have Shane in our ranks, sponsored by President Alan Treisbach..
