• 🧩 Autistic Support Teacher (K-2) – Full-time contracted position starting August 24, 2026. Requires a valid PA Special Education (PK-12) certification. Apply by Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

• ✏️ Elementary Teacher – Full-time contracted position starting August 24, 2026. Requires a valid PA Elementary PK-4 certification. Apply by Friday, July 3, 2026.

Jenkintown Seniors Zuri Barnett, Branden Saunders and Dari Parkhomenko won special awards at Eastern Center for Arts and Technology at Eastern's end of year awards program on Wednesday May 20. We are so proud of their efforts and the way in which they represented Jenkintown during their time at Eastern. Please join us in celebrating their achievements.

Color Day is almost here. Even with today’s rain, we’re looking forward to a great celebration filled with school and community spirit.

Due to the weather, crews will be working on the field early tomorrow morning to prepare for the event. We ask that families and guests please stay out of the stadium until the parade begins so everything can be safely set and ready.

The parade will begin lining up on West Ave near the Elementary School and step off at 8:50 AM, arriving at the stadium shortly after.

A few important reminders for everyone attending:

Please help us keep Color Day a positive community tradition by respecting all neighborhood properties and ensuring celebrations remain safe and responsible.

We are excited to welcome back members of the Class of 1976 as they celebrate their 50th reunion. They will join us in the parade and have designated seating on the field, along with Legacy Park Auction winners. We ask all spectators to respect field boundaries and posted barriers.

For safety reasons, please stay off the track at all times.

We are excited to celebrate with our families, alumni, and community. Enjoy Color Day 2026!
