Fort Ross Conservancy Connects people with the history and beauty of Fort Ross & Salt Point State Parks

Operating solely on income from grants, membership, donations, and gift shop revenue, FRC:
- Staffs the visitor center; sponsors, publishes, distributes, and sells appropriate items which increase visitor understanding and appreciation of this area.
- Funds and supports programming & events at Fort Ross and Salt Point parks; acquires materials and equipment to assist in the educational and interp

retive programs at Fort Ross and Salt Point State
Parks.
- Develops and maintains a library of historic and regionally significant books, manuscripts, photos; preserves and archives historical material associated with Fort Ross and Salt Point State Parks.
- Sponsors, supports, and assists scientific research and investigations that reflect current research relating to Fort Ross and Salt Point State Parks, and presents these studies to the public.
- Promotes interest in Fort Ross at local, state, national, and international levels.
- Works to find sustainable long-term solutions to ensure Fort Ross remains a vital and accessible destination in the coming decades.
