Parish Administrator, Ben Boudreaux, recently had the opportunity to speak with the Welsh Rotary Club about the continued growth and progress taking place throughout Jefferson Davis Parish.

From infrastructure improvements to community investments, Ben shared how grant funding and careful planning are helping the Parish complete important projects while making the most of available resources. He also discussed the recently completed Animal Shelter, built entirely with federal funding, and provided information on the proposed tax rededication that would support shelter operations without creating a new tax or increasing the current rate.

Jefferson Davis Parish remains committed to responsible stewardship of public funds while investing in services and projects that benefit our residents and strengthen our communities.

Thank you to the Welsh Rotary Club for the invitation and the opportunity to discuss the exciting work happening across our parish.
