What a great weekend and a wonderful culmination to this amazing program! I am so grateful for the incredible support provided by my family throughout my MPH. During graduation President Ryerson mentioned caffeine being a life force due to the late nights of work.

Also extremely grateful for the Vermont Army National Guard for providing the financial backing for such a degree! Now onto the next educational chapter. What will it be?

Not sure if you know this or not but I am studying Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University in their Masters Program and I am LOVING IT! What a great program with real world application.

As it is National Public Health Week I wanted to share some things of interest. Today is Day 1 and the focus is on Community. As a community we are strongest when we are able to work together for the greater good of those around us. We won't always be in the drivers seat and may need to rely on our neighbors to help us out, so support one another however you can whenever you can.
