Just a quick reminder about school bus safety.....

Do you know when to stop for school buses?

The only vehicles allowed to proceed when a school bus is stopped are those on a road with four lanes or more, traveling in the opposite direction. In all other circumstances, you must stop to protect students getting on/off the bus.

Have any teen drivers heading out on the road for the first time? Be sure to educate them on these important laws!

Thank you Hillsdale schools for letting us spend some time with the 5th grade Falcon flock. Getting to hang out with the students and review fire safety is a highlight of this week for us.

The Jeromesville Fire Department mourns the loss of Mr. Bill Garn. Bill served as Chief for 11 years and served on the department for 40 years. Bill was also a member of the Jeromesville Fire Department early morning coffee club with Mr. Bill Raudebaugh. The two of them could be heard sharing words of wisdom on the bumper of our trucks early mornings. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends as they mourn the loss of Bill.

View William "Bill" L. Garn's obituary, send flowers, find service dates, and sign the guestbook.

It’s back to school time! The first day for Wooster City Schools will be tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19th! Your morning commute may be a little different due to school busses & school zones. Let’s work together to keep our kiddos safe. Slow down and be aware of your surroundings. Every school zone is 20 MPH. Here’s a graphic to help answer any questions involving school busses.
