Our 1R students explored this exciting science question by researching different animals and discovering how their unique eyes and ears help them survive in the wild! From sharp eagle vision to the incredible hearing of bats, students learned how animal adaptations help them navigate the world around them.

🎶🥁🎸 Music is in full swing for our 2nd graders!

Our students have been exploring the exciting world of music by learning to play the ukulele and drums. Through hands-on instruction, they are developing rhythm, coordination, listening skills, and musical confidence while having fun expressing their creativity. After months of creativity, collaboration, and hard work, students are putting the finishing touches on their Shark Tank projects and preparing to pitch their ideas. We can't wait to see their innovation in action! 🦈💡

Creativity + color theory + a little imagination 🤖🎨

Our students explored watercolor blow painting techniques while designing their very own watercolor robots! Through this project, students practiced cutting, gluing, and applying complementary colors to create unique works of art full of personality and creativity.

From bold color combinations to imaginative robot designs, each piece was completely original and showcased both artistic skill and self-expression.

Thank you to everyone who helped make our TECCS Hudson Gives Carnival such a special event for our students and families. From our amazing volunteers and donors to the businesses and families who contributed raffle baskets and prizes, we are incredibly grateful for your support.

This week, we proudly celebrated the amazing teachers and staff members who make a difference in the lives of our students each and every day. From sweet treats and taco lunches to team challenges, charcuterie, and coffee carts, it was a week filled with appreciation, laughter, and community. 💙

A special thank you to our FSA and administrative team for helping make this week so meaningful through their time, planning, generosity, and support. Your efforts helped create moments of joy and appreciation for the staff who give so much to our students and school community every day.
