We would like to congratulate Assistant Chief Shane Newvine for receiving the Lycoming County paramedic of the year! Chief Newvine has been instrumental in the development of our TEMS program, helping to get the regional rescue taskforce back up and running, as well as developing a trauma protocol that is now being utilized statewide!
