Today marks the 35th anniversary of the tragic loss of Corporal Ted Wolf, who was killed in the line of duty on March 29, 1990, during a traffic stop on I-95 near MD 175.
A memorial service held at the Waterloo Maryland State Police Barracks this week in Howard County honored his legacy, bringing together fellow troopers, command staff, Corporal Wolf’s brother, and some of his shift partners from that fateful night in 1990.
Though 35 years have passed, Corporal Wolf’s bravery, dedication, and sacrifice are never forgotten. Corporal Wolf’s memory continues to inspire those who wear the badge and serve with integrity, fairness and service.
