Welcome to Jesup Schools Mrs. Purdy.

We would like to take a moment during this awesome summer break to introduce you to the newest member of our Jesup Elementary staff. Billi Purdy will be joining us as the elementary building secretary. Billi brings many years of related experience. A Don Bosco grad of 1995 and Upper Iowa grad of 1999, Billi is married to Chad Purdy and the proud mom of Kennedi and Ty. Kennedi is currently a massage therapist specializing in lymphatic draining and treating cancer patients. Ty is entering his senior year at the University of Louisiana at Monroe where he plays football. Their hobbies center around supporting and visiting their kids.

You will soon discover Billi to be an extremely welcoming and friendly addition to our top notch staff. She is looking forward to getting to know our families and students. She will begin her duties soon and looks forward to meeting everyone. Thanks for your kind words welcoming Billi Purdy!

On May 20th, the entire district took time to go on a mental health walk, hosted by the high school Hope Squad. Classrooms from all levels were matched up and took to the city streets. As they walked, they chatted about their favorite things, their summer plans, and other things that bring them joy. Seeing all the smiles and friendships was uplifting!
