The Tax Commissioners office is currently experiencing issues with DRIVES, the Georgia Department of Revenue’s motor vehicle system used for registration and titling services. This statewide issue is affecting all Georgia counties.

We kindly ask for your patience, as wait times may be longer than usual while the issue is being resolved.

The Wayne County Tax Commissioners office will be closed Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth.

If your birthday falls between June 19th-June 21st you will not be charged a late fee as long as you renew your tag by Monday, June 22nd. Payments for property taxes can be made online at
