Our office (ROW Offices) can not provide legal advice. I know this can be frustrating to pro se litigates but we are not lawyers. We can not advise you on legal matters. What we can do is provide paperwork for certain types of filings and provide you with the filing fees to do so. However, we can not show, explain or guide you in filing legal documents. Its not that we don’t want
to help, we are not educated in the law and therefore can not advise. We do have lawyer resource numbers that we are more than happy to provide you with. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Happy Thursday!

This past week I was in State College for the Executive Meeting for the Pennsylvania State Association for Prothonotarys and Clerks of Court! Such an honor to be able to serve on the board along side of some of the best. Thankful everyday to get to do what I love!

It has been brought to our attention that people are using 3rd party sites. These are not reputable sites. Please do not apply for a passport through these sites. If you are unsure contact our office at 570-325-2481.

We are officially out of room for our files! This is what 882 pages of files that have to be pulled to go to Archives looks like. The fun never stops! Our little county is booming with civil filings!
