The Carbon County Domestic Relations Office is located at 76 Susquehanna Street in Jim Thorpe, PA. We accept support payments in the form or cash or money orders at the office. All check payments must be sent to PASCDU for processing. Payments can also be accepted by credit card by visiting www.carboncochildsupportpmts.com or by calling 1-800-701-8560 (please note: there is a processing fee for all credit card payments). For general questions you can refer to the Child Support website at www.childsupport.state.pa.us

Public Service Announcement: The Federal Department of State (DOS) is not only nonrenewing passports, but now they are also REVOKING passports, of noncustodial parents who owe a significant amount of child support arrears.

In coordination with , will revoke U.S. passports of those who owe significant child support debt. Anyone owing child support debt should arrange payment now with the relevant state child support enforcement agency to prevent passport revocation. If outside the U.S. when their passport is revoked, individuals with significant debt will be eligible ONLY for a limited validity passport for direct return to the United States. Please be advised that the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement has commissioned a new link to access the Child Support Website (CSWS). The link is listed below.

You may also occasionally notice that the website appears to be under construction. This is due to major upgrades to the CSWS to modernize it and make it more user friendly.

If you are already receiving or paying support, are an employer who wants to manage wage-attached employees, are an attorney that wants to request support services on behalf of your client, or would like to search dockets or liens, please click on the appropriate tab above.
