Burlington County voters don’t have to wait until Election Day on Nov. 4 to cast their votes. Early voting for the General Election begins on Saturday, October 25, and Burlington County Elections officials are alerting voters to additions and changes to early voting polling locations where they can securely cast their ballots.
Nine early voting locations will be open during the 9-day early voting period from Saturday, Oct. 25, through Sunday, Nov. 2. That’s two more locations than the seven used before the 2024 General Election.
“Voting is one of our most fundamental rights so we are pleased to offer Burlington County voters additional polling locations that will be open during the early voting period,” said Burlington County Election Board Chair Heather Cheesman. “All nine locations will be open daily during the early voting period to allow voters from any Burlington County municipality multiple days to go to the polls to vote when it’s most convenient for them and their schedules.”
The new early voting locations are the Cinnaminson Community Center, 902 Manor Road, Cinnaminson, and the Faith Deliverance Worship Center, 1204 Route 130 North in Burlington Township.
The Cinnaminson Community Center first opened as an early voting site before this year’s Primary Election.
The Faith Deliverance Worship Center location replaces the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Burlington City, which was used as an early voting site for the Primary.
In addition to those locations, an early voting location in Evesham/Marlton is now at the Blue Barn Recreational Facility, 1004 Tuckerton Road, Marlton. Evesham’s Gibson House Community Center was previously used as an early voting site, but the location was moved to the Blue Barn before the June Primary.
All nine locations will operate with the following hours during the early voting period: 10 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and Saturdays and from 10 AM to 6 PM on Sundays.
Any registered voter is eligible to cast their ballot at an early voting location. However, voters who have already requested or received a vote-by-mail ballot who wish to vote at an early voting location or Election Day polling place will be required to vote with a provisional ballot to ensure that multiple votes are not cast by the same person. All valid provisional ballots are counted in the vote totals for each election.
