Hello Springfield Township!

The members of the police department aren't always strictly business. Today, Ptl. Costa and Ptl. Pecorella joined students during Field Day in a game of tug-of-war. Apparently, all that time in the gym paid off for Ptl. Costa and his side.

Thank you to Springfield Elementary for allowing us to participate. A great time was had by all.

Hello Springfield Township!

Yesterday, the Police Department was honored to attend the Springfield Township Memorial Day Ceremony. While the weather required a location change, the purpose of the ceremony remained unchanged.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in planning the event and for including the Police Department in this wonderful ceremony. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email us at [email protected].

Hello Springfield Township!

Yesterday was a great day at Springfield Elementary School! Members of the Springfield Township Police Department joined 30 amazing students for a pizza lunch to celebrate positive behavior and outstanding achievements.

Since we missed a winter month due to weather, homeroom teachers selected two students from each K–6 class who stood out for kindness, leadership, teamwork, creativity, personal growth, positive behavior, or excellent attendance.

A huge thank you to Jobstown PIZZA & GRILL for providing the pizza!

Our “You Have Been Summoned” program, launched last school year, continues to strengthen relationships and build trust between our officers and students. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to seeing everyone again next month!
