Grant County Health Department is helping middle and high school students start the school year healthy and ready to go!

This event is open to all middle school and high school students, including recent graduates, not just student athletes.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Parents/guardians will need to complete paperwork, so be sure to bring insurance information for billing.

Need Relief from Wildfire Smoke or Extreme Weather?

If you're an Oregon Health Plan (OHP) member through EOCCO, you may be eligible for assistance with climate-related devices such as air purifiers and other resources that can help you stay healthy and safe at home during extreme weather conditions.

✅ Available to eligible OHP/EOCCO members

Smoke is settling into parts of Eastern Oregon, and air quality in Grant County has reached an AQI of 200.

When air quality reaches unhealthy levels, it's important to take steps to protect yourself and your family:
✅ Stay indoors when possible
✅ Create a clean air room
✅ Use an N95 mask if you have to be outside
✅ Keep medications and air filters stocked

Starting July 1, some Oregon Health Plan members may qualify for new nutrition benefits designed to help people manage certain health conditions and improve access to healthy food.

Depending on eligibility, benefits may include:
✅ Fresh fruits and vegetables
✅ Pantry staples like grains, proteins, dairy products, and more
✅ Grocery box deliveries or a prepaid card for approved purchases

Not all OHP members will qualify, but if you think you might be eligible, contact your Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) to learn more.
