There’s something special about this time of year in Johnson City. Students are moving in, campus is buzzing again, and you can feel that energy spilling out into the rest of our community.

Our August Membership Breakfast gave us a chance to join in on the excitement! ETSU President, Dr. Brian Noland shared a look at what’s ahead for ETSU. We also heard from Howard Reddy, the university’s new Vice President for Advancement.

With around 14,000 students calling Johnson City home during the school year, ETSU plays a pretty big role in the life of our city and local economy. Thank you to East Tennessee State University and the ETSU Martin Center for the Arts for hosting us and welcoming our business community to campus as another school year gets underway!

Back-to-school season isn’t just for students! We also introduced the newest Leadership Johnson City cohort, who are about to begin a year of learning of their own.

Next up, Ballad Health will host our September Membership Breakfast on September 9 at Grace Meadows Farm. We’ll see you there!
